Objectives and grounds
The Conference is planned to be a forum of ideas exchange and result discussion in the field of method, algorithms and means of data and signal processing. Submissions that contain novel result is signal detection, parameter estimation, and other kind of statistical processing of signals and data in telecommunication, remote sensing and information systems are welcome.
Language
The language of all papers, presentations and official discussions at the SMSDP is English.
Sessions
1. Statistical models of signals and fields.
2. Detection of signals. Signal and interference parameters estimation.
3. Signal and data processing in remote sensing and CNS.
4. Discrete signals processing in telecommunication systems.
5. Data and signal processing in informations systems.
Publications
All contributions presented in oral and poster session will be published in the Proceedings of the Statistical methods of signals and data processing conference and CD. Selected paper successfully presented at SMSDP - 2010 will be recommended for publication as extended version in one of the respected international journals: "Microwave and Wireless Technology" (Cambridge University Press, UK) or "Telecommunications and Radio Engineering" (USA).

Rules for abstract and paper preparation
A complete manuscript in English describing a new work in the areas of SMSDP - 2010 Topics should be prepared in both *.pdf and *.doc formats in accordance with the detailed instructions presented at the Conference web page: http://smspd.nau.edu.ua/. Full text of an SMSDP - 2010 abstract should occupy not more than four (but not less that two) A4 full pages including figures, tables, and references. However, all SMSDP contributors are encouraged to make the first submission prepared as close to the future full paper as possible.
